BOTHERATION

At the filling points, the driver or cleaner of the tanker lorry operates the valve of the filling post, owing to which the actual volume of water filled could not be assessed correctly.

Since the valves are operated manually, there have been many occurrences of contract vehicles undertaking unaccounted trips giving rise to public complaints.

As the trips of contract tanker lorry is maintained manually, the payment is made against volume of tank filled, owing to which tallying of the trips and reconciliation takes lot of time and is not accurate

As the there is no systematic method of filling, Conjested situation of quelling of lorries happens, which gives rooms for unauthorized brokers.
